You know that sense of achievement that you get when you have done something physically strenuous for a WHOLE week, you’ve sweated off about 5 kilos and discovered muscles in places you never knew you had them? No? Well, usually that’s NOT me either!

I’m usually sitting in my sewing room, making my soft toys, and the odd bit of gardening is about the most strenuous thing I do… BUT for Easter this year, hubby and I decided to BUILD a SHED!

Yup, you heard correctly!

And for someone who isn’t too keen to climb up onto roofs, I think I did a marvelous job!Here’s me looking a wee bit nervous, first time on the roof..

…and here’s why I was looking nervous, it’s soooooooo high!

You might have guessed my motive in offering to give my hubby a hand building the shed? I reckon, if I built half of it, hubby can’t hog it all, and I can store my Funky Friends Factory goodies in there too!

Now if I could build a shed EVERY Easter, I think I ccould keep those extra kilos off for good! : )
