Cute and cuddly and ready to snuggle up to, Lamkins makes a lovely bedtime buddy for toddlers (and even for little babies… just use safety eyes or better still, sew French knots instead of beads for the eyes.) Lamkins also makes a great gift for expectant mums. I once made a pair of lambs for a friend who was expecting twins and in true Aussie fashion, they were christened Bruce and Sheila.
Lamkins is a simple pattern and would be easy even for a beginner. Fleece gives the best cuddliest feel but any stretch fabric should do.
